Teamwork the DUSC Way

Teamwork: 

As the Academy season comes to a close it is a good time to reflect on the highlights from 2021/2022 and how we move forward in 2022/2023. Our Parents Night Town Hall zoom this past week addressed this by reporting on the different volunteer committees  that serve the club. In my reflection I thought of what character strength is most consistently prevalent and the word that continues to come to mind is community - in soccer parlance - Teamwork.  

#TheDUSCWay is an oft used phrase and is always referencing examples of how our community comes together - To Pitch in. To Share. Often over the past two years it was to encourage those around you who needed support. In a time for connecting and working together to build strength and hope, you our DUSC community, brought Teamwork to another level.
