Individual talent always at the service of the team, both on and off the field, with the expectation that players are going to press in the opposition half, circulate the ball well, and attack from the flanks and/or from the wings. Players expected to abide by the motto: “Acta Non Verba” or “Deeds Not Words” and exemplify the concept of service-above-self.
