Coaching philosophy

It’s important to think about a player’s long-term development. My goal is to implement certain coaching techniques to improve soccer players skill and technique, which will help them later get into top soccer high schools, colleges, academies and even professional soccer clubs. I like to influence soccer players to strive to be the best on, and off, the fiel .
