Annual Report 2024/25
As we reflect on this past year in our Annual Report, I am proud of how far we’ve come, and energized by what lies ahead.
In 2024–25, DUSC took another major step forward in our long-term vision. This progress was made possible by the generosity and belief of our families, community, and partners, most notably our principal sponsor Chobani, alongside Northwell Health and Kollective, partnerships that were thoughtfully developed this year and represent a significant milestone in the growth, trust, and credibility of our club. During this period, we strengthened every layer of player support by expanding coaching education, enhancing performance resources, deepening partnerships, and elevating our commitment to player wellness. These investments ensure that every DUSC player, from Camp to Recreation to Girls Academy and MLS NEXT, feels valued and developed both on the field and in their personal growth.
Our progress has been visible on the field as well. We entered elite league platforms at the highest competitive levels, expanded our Soccer for All programming, and saw robust participation across our Camps and Recreation League community programs. Each milestone reflects our shared belief that soccer has the power to unite, inspire, and open pathways for every DUSC player.
As the fall 2025 season concludes, the momentum is undeniable. At the Girls Academy Showcase in California, our teams posted a combined record of 7 wins and 2 losses, delivering outstanding performances in front of dozens of college scouts and showcasing the depth, quality, and character of our players. At MLS NEXT Fest in Arizona, our boys teams finished with an overall winning record against top national competition. Together, these results underscore a powerful truth: our NYC girls and boys can compete with the very best teams across the country.
Meanwhile, here at home, our Fall Classic Tournament at Pier 40 brought together more DUSC players and families than ever before. It was a celebration of joy, community, and the growing confidence across our youngest age groups.
Looking ahead, our purpose and focus remain clear: to provide a world-class youth soccer educational experience, on and off the field, where the ceiling for what is possible continues to rise, and to continue developing players and leaders, including the growing number of DUSC alumni now coaching within our club and shaping NYC soccer.
None of this progress happens without the strength of our community. Thank you for the trust, partnership, and shared belief that move DUSC forward every day.
